Fix Chromebook issue remote now

Ths inbuilt camera and the microphone of my chromebook is not working but obviously needed for video chats. The tool "testwebcam" reported that another instance is using/blocking the camera. The chromebook is set back to factory settings, but the problem is still there.

I need an freelancer who remotly connects to this chromebook (i.e. via teamviewer) and fixes this issue. In best case this can happen within the next hour.
