ChromeOS App/Extension for Configuring DNS Settings on Chromebook Devices

Project Description:
We are seeking a solution in the form of a ChromeOS app, extension, or any other suitable method that can configure DNS settings for Chromebook devices. The main objective is to apply DNS settings for the entire device, not just within the browser. This configuration should persist across different networks, preventing users (typically students) from altering these settings even when connected to their home network or any other network.
Requirements:
- The solution should allow the configuration of DNS IP and DNS port number.
- DNS settings must be applied system-wide, affecting the entire Chromebook device (not just within the browser).
- The solution should be compatible with ChromeOS and capable of enforcing the DNS configuration even when users switch networks.
* If there is solution to set DNS settings from google admin panel, we'll accept it
Additional Information:
- We are using Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals.
- We have the ability to restrict users from installing or uninstalling apps and extensions on the Chromebook devices.
