Film Industry Crediting Web App Platform

Job ID: 38558157

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD

Project Description:

We are seeking a talented development team to create a web-based platform designed to streamline and improve the crediting process for the TV and film industries. The current crediting process is slow and prone to errors due to non-standardized procedures, inefficient communication, and manual revisions. This project aims to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the crediting process by allowing each department to input and manage their own credits directly within a centralized web-based platform.

Key Features:

- List Management: Create, edit, and delete lists of workers for specific shows, movies, or episodes.
- Show/Movie/Episodes Management: Manage shows, movies, and episodes by creating, editing, and deleting them.
- Profile Management: Allow users to edit basic profile information.
- Sign Up/Sign In: A registration and login module for users.
- Card Management Portal: Drag-and-drop interface for editing and organizing credits into cards, with the ability to add comments.
- List Version Control: Track changes (who made them, when, and what was changed) throughout the credit's list creation process.
- Document Export: Export lists and cards to Excel, CSV, or PDF formats.
- The platform should be web-based, optimized for desktop browsers such as Google Chrome, Edge, and Safari, and include a secure login and authentication system. It must offer an intuitive and responsive user experience for managing credit lists and revisions.
- The development team will be responsible for delivering a fully functional platform, including testing, bug fixes, and comprehensive documentation for future maintenance and updates.
- Security Measures for data privacy and data handling.

We invite bids from experienced developers who have expertise in building workflow platforms. Please provide examples of previous work, your estimated timeline, and your approach to handling version control and document export functionalities.
