Pups At The Park children's "sing-a-long" book

I have a song (Take Me Out To The Ballgame) along with alternate lyrics and would like to create a children's "sing-a-long" book with the lyrics being used as the basis for the story line.
This project is meant to "bring fun" to our non-profit's mission to help save the lives of rescue pets...
