Children's book needs illustrations, cover, format, layout, etc - 11/04/2023 00:05 EDT

I'm a grandma who wrote a book for my grandson. I have the manuscript, but need illustrations, formatting, cover art, design, etc. It is intended to be a gift for his 2nd birthday, so it would not be published, only one or two copies printed. I had no idea how much this project entailed before writing the story, and the cost is likely far above my budget. It is important to me though, and would really appreciate any quotes and/or advice you could offer. I've attached the manuscript.
