Optimise a disinfectant formulation

We manufacture and sell cleaners and disinfectants to food processing companies to help keep the food supply chain safe. Need an experienced chemist to run screening tests of best surfactant combinations to make micro-emulsions of medium chain fatty acids in an acidic foaming formulation. Free lancer must have own laboratory to run screening experiments.
