▪ Polymer particles 30 - 50%
▪ Coagulant (Aluminum Chloride salts) 30 - 50%
▪ Moisture 0 - 10%
▪ Others (polyacrylamide, alkali etc.) < 5%
It is good if the polycake can replace a material without adding its' carbon foot print
The poly cake is a compound of chemically mixed of different types of polymer after the process of Coagulant using the Aluminum Chloride salts. The polycake has bad mechanical properties, try not to suggest it replacing sand in concrete or bricks.
