I need a chemical engineer to help me make a formula to start a personal lubricant company.

I want to start a personal lubricant company. In order to do that I need a lubricant formula. I would like the lubricant to be hypoallergenic. I would like it to be paraben free, glycerin free, non-oxyl-9 free, alcohol free, and gluten free.
