improve the formulation of a leather hydration product

I'm looking for a chemist or chemical engineer to improve the formulation of a leather hydration product. It is a cream, based on beeswax and vegetable oils. As it is an oily product, the drying time is very long, and therefore, the product is fully absorbed by the leather without leaving any surface finish. The product is very efficient in hydration but, does not add any shine to the leather. The purpose of this project is to improve the quality of this product, and we expect have a product able to add some shine to the leather. Also we must reduce the drying time after application. For experimental purposes, the product can easily be simulated with beeswax, paraffin and cooking oil. Do you think you can help me in this Project?
