gas chlorine neutralization

I need scrubber simulation in coco simulator or DWSIM for chorine gas. I have 1000 Kg tank full with gas chlorine in room,if tank rupture I need to take gas with fan and put inside of scrubber . i need simulation and parameters how much NAOH... volume of scrubber etc... gas is inserted at bottom of scrubber , inside of NAOH, so scrubber is not with rain system
