I want you to do the manual mass and energy balance and special design on equipments of polypropylene production plant and written on a word, The simulation file already done the process on simulation called (PID) i want you first transfer (PID) to (PFD) it’s more simple than (PID) then do the (manual) energy, mass balance and special design on it on word. the simulation file and the sample like I want will be in the attachment
what I want you to do :
1) extract process flow diagram from your simulation work
2) mass balance on polyproplene equipments
3) Energy balance on polyproplene equipments
4) special design on (El reactor- Storage tanks- Digster of propylene- Heat exhanger- Condesner)
5) mass fractions and yield and conversions how can you get it what the reference.
