building a water fountain sculpture

Hi, I am an art/design student, and I have a project called "concept/time sculpture," and I have an idea to do a fountain and o'clock at the same time which at 2 o'clock, for example, the water goes from all holes but 2 or goes from 1 and 2 only. So I need the scheme to help me to do it.
