Key Requirements:
• Educational and hands-on background in organic chemistry
• Experience with laboratory synthesis and purification techniques
• Familiarity with standard procedures (chromatography, crystallization, basic analytics)
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented approach
Nice to have (not required):
• Background in working with plant-based or natural materials
• Familiarity with quality control principles
