Woody/Musky Car Vent Clip

I'm looking for a developer that preferably has experience with fragrance to create a unique similar to common car vent clip product. This will be similar to existing car scent products but with a new method that I can explain further in discussions.

Requirements:
- Develop a long-lasting, appealing car-like scent Diffusor
- Formulate vent clip delivery system
- Provide samples for testing and approval by printing

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in fragrance formulation
- Experience with automotive air freshener products
- Knowledge of safety regulations in fragrance production
