I now need an Arizona-licensed Professional Engineer to independently verify the well’s specific capacity and issue a short, signed, and PE-stamped letter on your letterhead.
Your task is straightforward: review the documents I provide, confirm the calculated specific capacity, and include a concise well-performance analysis in the letter. A site visit is not expected; the records should be sufficient, but I can supply any clarifications you may need.
