Water Plant Mechanical, Electrical and P&IDs Design and Drawings

Job ID: 39904417

Budget: $400 – $1,000 USD

I need a complete mechanical and electrical design (distribution: from transformer to MCC, DB, Instrumentation) drawing set for a compact water-treatment plant, and I need it fast—three days from award. The most critical element is a fully detailed set of piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) that show every valve, sensor, pump, and control loop with consistent ISA/BS symbols and tag references. From those, our automation team will lift the tag list, so accuracy here is essential.

Alongside the P&IDs, please prepare:

• A hydraulic profile that traces flow from raw-water intake to clear-water discharge, flagging all static heads, calculated friction losses, freeboard checks, and the backwash/waste-return routing.
• Electrical single-line and MCC schematics with cable sizing, breaker ratings, and IO mapping.
• Mechanical general arrangement drawings of filters, blowers, and chemical dosing skids.
• A consolidated equipment, valve, and instrument schedule.

Deliverables must arrive in editable DWG plus PDF issue sheets. Use AutoCAD (or a compatible program) for drawings, and include any hydraulic calculation sheets in Excel or a similar program for traceability.

Acceptance criteria
– P&IDs are complete, coordinated, and cross-referenced to the hydraulic profile and electrical drawings.
– Hydraulic profile confirms duty points, velocities, and headlosses for every pipe section.
– All drawings carry a standard revision block, title sheet, and layer discipline fit for a construction issue.

When replying, please highlight your experience on comparable water or process-plant projects; that alone will guide my selection. Meeting the three-day deadline is mandatory; only respond if you can commit to it.
