• Step-by-step lab procedure, including mixing order, shear requirements, pH control and curing profile
• Key performance targets to validate adhesion, hardness, chemical resistance and shelf stability, plus the simple test methods you recommend
• Troubleshooting tips and scale-up guidance so the formula can move from bench to pilot with minimal reformulation
