We are looking for the expertise of a fluids engineer to help us develop a state-of-the-art wine dispensing machine. Our objective is to create a detailed and comprehensive technical specification document that will serve as a blueprint for the construction of the machine.

Based on our 20-page functional specification document, we need a document that provides precise recommendations and guidelines for the construction of the machine. This includes identifying the necessary components to be procured, creating a detailed drawing of the machine with scale measurements, and defining the technical requirements to ensure optimum performance.

As an experienced fluids engineer, your role will be crucial in translating our functional specifications into technical recommendations. Your expertise will help determine the most efficient mechanisms for the wine distribution process, taking into account factors such as fluid dynamics, pressure control and hygiene.

The final result should not only provide clear instructions for the construction of the machine, but also include suggestions concerning suppliers, manufacturers and any additional resources required for the successful implementation of the project.
