Solvent-Based Thinner Development

Hello,
I am looking for an experienced and reliable Chemical Engineer who can assist me in setting up a thinner manufacturing unit.
The main tasks will include:

Helping in formulating thinner (industrial-grade and/or paint-grade thinners) based on available raw materials.

Guiding in setting up small to medium-scale production processes.

Advising on the right chemical ratios, raw materials sourcing, and safety standards.

Providing input on quality control measures to ensure product consistency.

Helping in cost optimization and scaling production if required.

Knowledge of legal compliances and basic certifications (optional but preferred).


Requirements:

Must have a background in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent).

Prior experience in solvent or thinner manufacturing is highly preferred.

Should be able to explain processes clearly and be available for discussions when needed.

Ability to prepare a basic formulation report and production SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

Must be trustworthy, punctual, and professional.
