Sensitive Skin Facial Cleanser Formulation

I'm in need of an experienced cosmetic chemist who can help me provide concentration for my ingredient list to formulate a facial cleanser tailored for sensitive, normal to dry skin. On top of this I need lab validation to make sure the formulation is good. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in skincare product development, with particular emphasis on facial cleansers.
