Professional solutions regarding the production of waterborne polyurethane film products and latex products
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for professional industrial solutions for questions listed below:
1.What kind of antioxidants are suitable for waterborne polyurethane film products (such as condoms and gloves) to ensure that the physical properties of the products will not decline and there will be no adhesion between the two layers of adhesive films after accelerated aging at 70 ℃ temperature?
2.For the special carboxyl crosslinking agent for waterborne polyurethane, what is the appropriate addition ratio of the special carboxyl crosslinking agent to make the carboxyl reaction complete? Or how to design the gradient test of the addition ratio (assuming the molar amount of carboxyl group in the emulsion is 100) to obtain the appropriate addition ratio?
3.Waterborne polyurethane film products need to be dried during impregnation molding. To quickly and accurately obtain the best drying parameters required for the optimal physical properties (such as air inflation blasting performance), how to design the inspective test of molding drying temperature and time parameters?
4.Natural latex thin products, such as condoms and gloves, will be combined into a whole due to the mutual diffusion of rubber macromolecules when their surfaces contact each other, showing strong self-adhesion. So, are there additives that can be directly added to natural latex (raw latex or vulcanized latex) to reduce or eliminate the self-adhesion of natural latex products after impregnation?
