Process Engineer for Mixing & blending

I'm seeking a skilled process engineer to enhance the our manufacturing process for carboxymethyl cellulose. The primary goal is to improve the product's consistency, specifically tackling the issue of inconsistent viscosity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the current process for carboxymethyl cellulose
- Identifying the root causes of inconsistent viscosity
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the process
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in process engineering, ideally with a background in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Proven track record of optimizing processes
- Strong understanding of viscosity control and related challenges
- Ability to work independently and propose innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with our team and implement changes smoothly.
