Polymer Product Surface Modification Expert Needed

I'm in need of a surface modification expert for my polymer products. The goal of this project is to make significant improvements to the overall quality of my products.

Key Requirements:
- I'm looking for profound modifications to the product's surface characteristics. This includes improving durability, enhancing adhesion, increasing scratch resistance, as well as overall boosting the polymer's strength.
- The aesthetics of the product are crucial. Therefore, I need someone who can ensure the surface modification enhances the appearance of the product.
- Chemical resistance is also an essential factor. I'm looking for someone who can improve the chemical resistance of the polymers.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in polymer science and technology, with a specific focus on surface modification
- Proven track record of improving product durability and enhancing adhesion and scratch resistance
- Knowledge of material science and/or chemistry, in order to improve chemical resistance
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure the changes in surface modification do not detract from the product's appearance

You need to develop the practical part of your master's thesis.
