Plant evaluation based on mass and heat balance

I would like to develop a mass and heat balance for syngas plant (ammonia, methanol, and hydrogen), the calculation to be developed in excel sheet (based on plany layout), considering carbon and oxygen balance, reaction thermodynamic, Possible of using softwares like aspen, but must be linked ot excel sheet.
The idea of using the software/excel sheet to evaluate plant performance by entering raw measured data (gas composition, temperature and pressure), the software should evaluate and reconsile the data.
The degrees of freedom for individual component will be provided.
