PCR Assay Development

I am looking for a molecular biologist to help in the development of a POC IVD instrument. I am an engineer and product developer, but lack the knowledge on the biology side required to develop this product. I have over a decade of experience in developing medical products and over thirty years in product development in general. I would ideally like to partner with a biologist in this endeavor.
