Need Engineers and Physics Majors for creating garden hose product

We require Engineers in order to formulate new expanding garden hose. Requires extensive knowledge and intuitiveness regarding elongating, expansion, and elasticity of materials. Our product needs to utilize a single hose tubing to expand. The type of material need to be durable elastomer such as PP SEBS 46% , reinforced material and UV resistant in nature. We need someone with great expertise in product invention and innovation to outline the process we need to take to create prototype such as; what material to use, what machines may need to be created or used to formulate such expandable single tubing that can stretch and elongate but also be durable.
