Need a Biomedical Engineer to build aworking leg and foot

I am in need of a biomedical engineer who is able to build working legs with a knee on right leg and both feet for prosthetic limb replacement. This project should be completed within a 4-6 month timeline. I am open to discussing the specific materials and technology that will be used in the build with the engineer. This project will require a unique combination of engineering, design, and medical knowledge in order to deliver a result that will meet my needs.
