Making Electrolyser and storing/using compressed hydrogen

Using electrolysis, i need to store the hydrogen and then compress it. I need to use this compressed hydrogen to inflate a balloon. The hydrogen will go back to where it was stored, to be used again.

The entire thing needs to be portable as it will be carried around. 10-15 pounds MAX
