Looking for chemist

Looking for chemist to propose a process to create hydrogen peroxide from using only water and electricity - other chemicals could be ok IFN NOT TOXIC AND DONT NEED ADDING MORE EVERY TIME. So if you propose using other chemicals this should be a one time purchase such as to make anode or cathode, not to constantly replenish those chemicals
