- **Molecule Sourcing**: I need a variety of ligands sourced. The ligands should include small molecules, peptides, and nucleotides.
- **Molecule Preparation**: The sourced ligand and protein molecules need to be prepared for docking.
- **Enantiomer Ligands**: In addition, please prepare enantiomer ligands for docking as well.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in molecular docking and familiar with DiffDock is a plus.
