Lab Chemical Process for coating stainless steel needles with Ag/Ag2O, enzymes and barrier
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We will need one to help us in the chemical process with its material in order to app coating on stainless steel needles with gold, Ag/Ag2O, enzymes and barrier.
Task in brief:
We will be providing you with a set of microneedles of length 1.6mm and a diameter of 0.25mm. We need you to help us set a lab processes in order to achieve the following:
First, coating the microneedles with Ag/Ag2O
Coating the microneedles with enzymes and glucose oxidase
Applying a barrier to the chemical coat to make sure that the microneedles last a minimum of 2-3 weeks.
Providing a measurement system/method to verify/prove that the microneedles have been coated with the precise amount of enzymes and glucose oxidase.
Providing a storage mechanism/system that will enable us to keep a ‘ready to use’ unit of microneedles for demos.
