LCA of white coconut oil

I am a mechanical engineering undergraduate and need to execute a LCA of a white coconut oil with two chemical ingredients. If you can use the software Umberto NXT LCA software, it is better. If you do not have that software you can get a 7 days trial version of it from the site. or use any other software. just need to be done, No need to be 100% accurate.

white Coconut oil 47% and Tween+PGPR 53% (two chemicals)

1. Tween 80, this is also called as Polysorbate 80, Chemical formulae C64H124O26
2. polyglycerol polyricinoleate(PGPR)
