Hiring of chemist

I am looking to hire a specialist chemist to join our team who has expertise in pharma and cosmetic manufacturing. This individual should have knowledge of product development and be able to use their skills to develop new products that will meet the needs of our customers. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable and have the ability to effectively solve problems. While certain qualifications and certifications may be beneficial, I am open to suggestions and any chemist with relevant experience would be acceptable. The primary responsibility of the chemist will be to develop products that meet our customer needs. This includes providing guidance and knowledge in areas such as analytical chemistry, organic chemistry and inorganic chemistry. The chemist will also be responsible for inputting data, separations and syntheses and further assisting in the development of products that fit our company’s standards.
