I am seeking the development of a cleaning product formulation designed to effectively remove tough, carbonised oily food residues from hard surfaces while also being capable of removing rust stains. The product should be suitable for use in kitchen or food preparation environments and should be effective on materials such as stainless steel, metal surfaces, tiles, and similar durable surfaces. Performance Requirements The formulation should meet the following performance objectives: Effectively break down and remove carbonised grease and burnt food residues commonly found on cooking surfaces such as grills, ovens, hotplates, and cookware. Penetrate and dissolve heavy oil and grease deposits without excessive scrubbing. Remove or significantly reduce rust stains and oxidation marks on metal surfaces. Leave surfaces clean without streaking or residue. Surface Compatibility The product should be safe for use on: Stainless steel Aluminium (if possible without corrosion) Chrome surfaces Ceramic and tile surfaces Cooktops, ovens, BBQ plates, and kitchen equipment The formulation should not damage or etch surfaces when used as directed.
