HPLC Software Setup and Connection

I need assistance with configuring the software for my HPLC device. Currently, the communication ports are not recognizing the device, which is connected via Ethernet.
Our HPLC is Agilent 1100 and it is connected to Chemstation software. I need to re-establish the connection as it is disconnected and we can't reconnect it
