Gravy Safety Chemical Analysis
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking to have my gravy chemically analyzed for food safety and contamination. The primary goal of this analysis is to check for potential hazards and contaminants, specifically bacteria and pathogens.
The analysis should include, but not be limited to:
- Checking for the presence of Salmonella, Listeria, and spore forming bacterias.
- Checking for the presence of E. coli.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in food safety testing and chemical analysis.
- Previous work dealing with detecting specific bacteria and pathogens.
- A strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards.
Please provide a detailed proposal outlining your experience and approach to this project.
Please report the findings in a PDF report. The analysis should be completed within 3 months. The source of the gravy is a commercial product. Please also check for the presence of pesticides.
No additional tests for heavy metals are required. Virus detection tests are not required.
