Gold Nanoparticles for Light Study

Step 1 (product 1): Produce gold nanoparticles by Tris method (total seed needed—enough to fill 20 ml beaker). Then, add equal amounts of both D Lys amino acid and F amino acid to make the nanoparticles chasemate, this would increase the volume above 20 ml. I would seek your advice about how much amino acid to use. The method for making the nanoparticles using the Tris method follows:
Step 2 (product 2): Produce two separate baches of Helicod IV using D Cys (batch 1) and L Cys (batch 2). Need enough to fill 40 ml beaker with L Cys and 15 ml D Cys.
Step 3: I would need 1 unit (bottle) of methylene chloride (DCM) and 1 unit (bottle) of sodium acetate shipped as the final product. I will mix DCM with olive oil to create bubbles. (I can do this or you can do it if it is a way to get the product shipped to a home address). I have all the other materials.
I will use your materials to produce the following to study light (see next page):
