I require a fully-formatted, 16-section Safety Data Sheet that meets the latest Globally Harmonised System (GHS) guidelines. The product in question is an industrial-use liquid chemical, so accuracy in hazard identification, classification, and labelling is critical.
All content must align with international standards (EU CLP, OSHA HazCom 2012, UN GHS Rev 9 where applicable). I will provide the raw formulation data, test results, and any existing technical sheets; you will transform these into a compliant SDS ready for worldwide distribution.
Deliverable
• One editable SDS document (Word) plus a print-ready PDF, laid out in the standard 16-section order with correct pictograms, signal words, H- and P-statements, transport information, and regulatory references.
Acceptance will be based on:
• Internal cross-checking that each GHS section is complete and consistent
• Correct use of hazard classifications for a liquid industrial chemical
• No missing data fields or placeholders
