Freelance Chemical Engineer for Coatings Development

Project Summary:
We are looking for a freelance or consulting chemical engineer/formulator who can develop custom chemical recipes for:

Tuff Coat (wall coating) – waterproof, UV resistant, textured

Top Coat for Artificial Moti (Plastic Pearls) – smooth, glossy, durable finish used on decorative beads

Key Requirements:
Experienced chemical engineer
For Tuff Coat (Wall Coating):
Full recipe for waterproof and UV-resistant texture coating

Must include acrylic/styrene binders, fillers, thickeners, and pigment guidance

Should work with standard 3-ton mixer setup

Should give both: smooth finish & textured version

For Top Coat (Moti Coating):
Chemical formula for coating artificial plastic pearls (moti) used in imitation jewellery

Needs strong adhesion + glossy finish + non-yellowing + optional scratch resistance

Can be sprayable or dip method

Should guide for proper drying/curing method
