Formulate organic based baby skincare

Creating a baby skincare line for all skin types consisting of the 4 products. The line will consist of a baby wash/shampoo, baby lotion and or cream. I have a list of ingredients I want for each product and need some one to create the formulations to ensure same consistency throughout the shelf life of the product. Looking for someone who has a strong knowledge in cosmetic chemistry .
