Formulate liquid laundry detergent

I need a R&D chemical engineer to formulate liquid laundry detergent for front loader washing machine and fabric softener. Must be sulfate free and concentrated formula. Clearly outline different options of chemicals as products may not be available in local market. Must layout step by step manufacturing process.
