Filtration sizing for Vaccine production -- 2

We got normal flow filtration following with tangential flow filtration I need some help to calculate volumes, heights of these filtrations, its an attenuated vaccine production project. Calculations and used equations need to show step by step, I need someone to work with and help me understand all of it.
