Energy Efficiency Testing of Water Transport Systems

I need a competent laboratory to conduct experimental testing on the energy efficiency of water transportation systems using various pipe materials. This study is for both desalinated water (domestic use) and treated wastewater (agricultural applications). Testing should adhere to internationally recognized ASTM standards, with consideration for Saudi Water Authority (SWA) specifications where applicable.

We will evaluate the following pipe materials:
- PVC
- Steel
- HDPE
- Carbon steel lined with HDPE (PE100)
- GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with hydraulic testing and energy efficiency evaluation
- Familiarity with ASTM standards and SWA specifications
- Access to a well-equipped laboratory
- Expertise in handling various pipe materials and water types
