We are seeking an experienced food formulation specialist to review our current formulation and provide expert suggestions for any necessary adjustments to optimize efficacy, safety, taste, and marketability.
Responsibilities:
* Review the current formulation of our electrolyte drink.
* Assess ingredient interactions, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations in USA.
* Evaluate the efficacy of the formulation in delivering the intended health benefits.
* Provide suggestions for improving taste and palatability, especially in relation to the inclusion of iron.
* Recommend any additional ingredients or changes to dosages for enhanced effectiveness.
* Offer insights into stability, shelf life, and packaging considerations.
* Advise on absorption and bioavailability of nutrients.
