Develop an environmentally friendly solution to create a large air duster

Develop a solution that can be added to compressed air to develop a large air duster for cleaning surfaces to include computers and keyboards. You will be required to develop a solution that can be input into a metal canister and then charged with air from an air compressor. When discharged it will create a powerful air blast that will remove dust and debris from surfaces.
