Develop Pet Waste Va"poo"rizing Spray

I’m at the concept-development stage for a household spray I’ve named “Vapoorize.” One press should chemically break down or neutralise pet feces so the mess can be wiped away with minimal residue or odour. I need a chemical engineer who can turn this idea into a viable formulation that is safe for indoor use around cats, dogs and people, compliant with common consumer-product regulations, and scalable for manufacturing in standard trigger bottles.

What I expect from you
• A working lab-scale formula, including active ingredients, concentrations and clear mixing instructions
• Data or literature that supports the reaction mechanism and safety profile
• Guidance on sourcing raw materials, suggested packaging materials and any stability testing I should run next
• A short memo on the production path (batch size recommendations, equipment, and potential cost per litre at scale)
