Describe the Process to Create Chlorinated Rubber

Job ID: 32826778

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Hello, I am working on a chemical process that will result in excess chlorine. I have read that synthetic rubber can be made from chlorine, but I cannot find the process to do this.

This source says that it can be made by reacting carbon tetrachloride with chlorine.

I’m looking to hire someone who can write out a clear chemical process on how to do this which includes a description of energy inputs and external materials. Please let me know if you have any questions.
