We’re launching FrostShield, a performance gel to mildly desensitize and protect feet during cold plunges. Seeking a chemist to develop a prototype using natural cooling agents (e.g., menthol, camphor) and soothing emollients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Formulate 3–5 pilot batches in lab or small-scale production
- Ensure stability, skin-safety (pH, irritation tests), mild cooling effect
- Provide documentation of ingredients, usage rates, and manufacturing notes
**Deliverables:**
- Lab formula (with INCI names and percentages)
- Stability summary (at least 4 weeks accelerated)
- Usage instructions and safety data sheet (SDS)
**Timeline & Budget:**
- Prototype ready in 4–6 weeks
- Budget: \$1,000–\$2,500 (negotiable based on scope)
