Chemist Sign-Off & SDS Creation

I have developed a liquid descaler formulated for tankless water heaters and I am ready to take it to market. Before I proceed, I need a qualified chemist to put professional eyes on the formula, validate every ingredient, confirm the product actually performs as intended, and sign off that it meets all relevant safety standards. At the moment I have no formal documentation or lab data, so you would be starting from a clean slate and guiding me on any tests, certificates of analysis, or additional information you need.
Once the review is complete, I also need a full, 16-section GHS-compliant Safety Data Sheet prepared in line with current OSHA, WHMIS, and EU CLP requirements. The finished SDS must be ready for immediate submission to distributors and regulators.
Deliverables
• Written sign-off that covers: validation of ingredients, verification of effectiveness, and a safety compliance check
• A complete 16-section SDS in editable Word and print-ready PDF formats
• Any recommended test protocol or analytical outline you believe is necessary for future batches
Acceptance criteria
The sign-off must be issued on your professional letterhead with credentials clearly stated. The SDS must pass an online GHS validator with no critical errors and be delivered within the agreed timeline.
If you have experience with industrial cleaning chemicals, descaling agents, or similar corrosive/acidic blends, that will be a plus. I am ready to provide the exact formulation under NDA as soon as we start.
