Chemical engineer that can design, instruct and assist with correct equipment to manufacture prilled urea

I am a company in the UK weeks away from a machine arriving which manufacturers diesel exhaust fluid.

Although we can buy prilled urea from suppliers in the UK, it is £1000-1400 per ton of urea. We can purchase it from abroad however shipping containers and it’s reliability and quality don’t seem to be working.

I am looking to setup a small urea plant. Perhaps one - two tons per hour. Would be superb.

I have diagrams of the machines however cubic metres, flow rates, pressures etc I am unaware of. How much will “product” “x” will produce?

I need to get a hurry on with it, I have sourced some equipment through Alibaba.com however I don’t know if it’s right or sufficient. We haven’t purchased anything yet.

We are happy with aqueous urea but a prilled form is the end goal
